From Whitestone Bridge
As you are crossing the Whitestone Bridge stay left and Exit to Cross Island Parkway.
Once on Cross Island Parkway after second exit get to right and Exit at Bell Blvd. (Right lane is an Exit only lane for Bell Blvd) Turn Left at end of exit and go straight. Make first left (at 5th light). Go under Cross Island go straight. You'll see parking lot to left and in front of you will be entrance to Fort Totten
Stop at security gate and tell the guard you are coming to United Spinal Association. Make first right and we are the second building on the right, #102.
There is handicapped parking space available in the front of the building.
From Long Island
Take LIE or Northern State to Cross Island north exit at Bell Blvd. At the bottom of ramp turn right. You\'ll see parking lot to left and in front of you will be entrance to Fort Totten.
Stop at security gate and tell the guard you are coming to United Spinal Association. Make first right and we are the second building on the right, #102.
There is handicapped parking space available in the front of the building.
From Triborough Bridge
Take the Triborough Bridge to Grand Central Parkway. Go 4 Exits - Northern Blvd. Whitestone Expressway. At Exit stay in left lane (Shea Stadium will be on right). Continue to stay in left lane. You will go onto Whitestone Expressway.
Again stay left and follow to Cross Island Parkway. Exit will be on left. (the right will go to the Whitestone Bridge). Once on Cross Island Parkway after second exit get to right and Exit at Bell Blvd. Right lane is an Exit only lane for Bell Blvd). Turn Left at end of exit and go straight. Make first left (at fourth light). Go under Cross Island go straight. You'll see parking lot to left and in front of you will be entrance to Fort Totten.

Directions via mass transit
Via Long Island Rail Road you take the Port Washington branch to Bayside, from there you take the Q16 bus which brings you right to the gate of Fort Totten. By bus From Main Street Flushing you take the Q16 bus which brings you right to the gate of Fort Totten
